• Hazards: Clear the yard of personal belongings, toys, dog waste, hoses, and debris prior to arrival. Superior Outdoor is not responsible for damage to items left in the workspace.
  
• Underground Utilities: Notify Superior Outdoor of any unmarked underground items (irrigation lines, invisible fences, lighting wires, septic components). Superior Outdoor is not liable for damage to unmarked lines.
  

Services are weather-dependent. In cases of severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, freezing conditions), services may be rescheduled without penalty.

• Recurring Services: Require at least 24–48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled date to cancel or modify.
  
• One-Time Projects: Larger landscaping/hardscaping projects may require non-refundable deposits and separate written agreements outlining cancellation terms.
